There is never a lack of anxiety when faced with plumbing problems in your house. All it took was one call to Cornerstone to solve the problem. They responded rapidly to my concerns with a potential broken pipes under the cement slab. They provided a good assessment, options with quotes and time estimates for me to consider, and explained the process in detail. Too easy as a customer. I decided on a full house re-pipe since all the pipes below the slab were over 40 years old and the Cornerstone warranty is excellent. Upon decision and setting up the service repair appointment, the service just got better. The Service Technicians, Danny N. and Anthony N., called me to ask if it was ok for them to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment (yeck yeah!), arrived on site, conducted a thorough walk through of the house, asked questions about my house (very appreciative), and explained thoroughly the maintenance they would need to do to complete their work. Up to this point they were extremely professional, friendly, and compassionate about the damage and disruption of having a maintenance team working in the house. After all my questions were answered, Danny N. and Anthony N. began the work. They operated like a well-oiled machine. They asked questions for clarification and approval for the access panels and cuts they needed to make to access the bathrooms and kitchen. As a homeowner, I found no surprises on the work they had done or access panels they needed to cut in the wall or behind the kitchen cabinets. Danny and Anthony were very thorough, worked quickly, and completed the re-pipe that looks professionally installed from a homeowner's perspective. I cannot express enough gratitude to Cornerstone, their service, and especially to Danny and Anthony. Knowing what I know now, when I have another issue, be it plumbing, electrical, or A/C, I won't waste my time worrying about it, I will just pick up the phone and call Cornerstone. Thank You!
