Technician was rude tried to sell me a membership on the house I was selling and got all pissy when I said no. He was late and took forever to return after the bill was $2090 for 11 alarms and I said I changed my mind and was going to go with a different company. I was already having to cancel my clients at work to wait over an hour for him to arrive to the scheduled appointment and another hour to come back with my check after I called my realtor and she said that was a ridiculous amount of money. After he charged me $49 to just show up he smirked and was rude and his latter scuffed up my hard wood flooring! Do not use these people.!
