Review content:
I paid Bell over $12000 for this AC/furnace unit at 540 Florence 2 years ago, and now I have a $300 bill to maintain it. I suspect it was not installed properly to begin with. I also had to wait 3 weeks for the service. Not happy! Here's what the serviceman (nice guy) wrote: also performed a minor repair to the indoor coil regarding the TXV sensing buld which was never covered. I covered the sensing build using blk insulation. I went b acknowledge out side and I noticed immediately that th here was a difference in heat leaving the outdoor coil. I added up to four pounds of R410a this system holds a total of 6 lbs. The reason for so much refrigerant was in my professional opinion that it was due to lose service caps to the outdoor unit. I tighten down all the electrical terminals and service valves I verified operations.
