I have been to several of these types of electric go kart tracks over the last several years and this is by far one of the best I have ever visited. They greeted me with a big smile and explained everything clearly. The manager(I think his name was Brian) made sure I didnt have any follow up questions and even demo'd one of the karts so I could see the track in action. I purchased a three pack of races and was placed into my races as quick as I could see them being able to do it. At all of these types of tracks there generally is a wait for getting groups seated and rules explained as well as charging the karts but these guys were very fast about everything. On my first race one of the racers was younger and you could tell inexperienced. He hit the wall several times and each time at least 2 staff ran out to make sure he was ok and get us back going. I heard a guy in front of me mention he wished he didnt keep getting stopped but he obviously didnt have any concern for others by the way he was racing. This is the thing to remember. Places like this are not meant for children. They may be able to accommodate you by having a kart size for pretty much everybody but you should know any place you have to sign a wavier is going to be dangerous and parents should really think hard about if the child has the experience to "race". I well def be back on my next trip to Knoxville and look forward to visiting the other 2 tracks as well. Thanks again Veloce Knoxville for the great experience and memories!!
