Review content:
After hearing quite a bit of good things, we were excited to call Affordable Plumbing and Heat. All of the communications were great leading up to the appointment and the customer service lady was very nice. However, when the tech arrived, we feel like he quoted our price way too high. When asked/challenged about why the price was what it was, he was gruff and not helpful. He became increasingly agitated to the point of us just not wanting to work with him. Even in parting, he made comments about us not being able to do the job any cheaper.
