Terrible terrible service! Never waste your money! My air conditioner had an issue on Tuesday. But they sent me the technician on Thursday afternoon. The issue is that my AC outside unit did not work sometimes. Before they came, they told me that I have to turn off the AC whole morning (87F outside). After the technician came, he told me that he need to charge $250 for diagnosis. Don't believe their website, they said they only charge $50 for the trip. That was not the worst part. After he checked everything, he said that there was no problem with my AC, but he could not offer a warranty unless I pay $5,700 to change the inside unit. My AC worked well at that time. So I thought everything was good. However, the same issue comes again. The company said that they can do the diagnosis again with $450 only for diagnosis. They have the unprofessional technicians, can not solve the problems and just want you to reinstall the whole AC system. Terrible terrible service!
