As out of state rental property owners in Las Vegas, NV Gibson Air Conditioning came to my rescue. They did not give me high quotes or sad stories but spoke directly about my situation. At the job sight the technician gave me an honest evaluation of the problem, live by phone & the options I had. The customer service representative, named Lexi, was simply outstanding & made us feel very comfortable during this pressure situation. Her honesty & straight talk with out of state property owners made us feel very comfortable. In the end the job was completed within 2 days cost & financing were the best. We were very satisfied with the final result & all business was done by phone.
