I left a chat request Sunday morning to get back with me on Monday about a water heater that would not fire. Within 4 hours, I got a phone call offering to have a tech come out that afternoon. The showed up within an hour, checked out the problem, and told me the gas valve was bad but he recommended replacing the unit because of the age. He gave me a price for a new heater installed. I asked if the could get to it on Monday. He said he could do it immediately. I was amazed that they came prepared to replace the unit, even though I changed the size of the heater that I wanted. Within 2 hours, we had hot water. What great service!
