Our family arrived here yesterday, we booked two vacation homes. This morning one of our family members found a bug in the bed with blood. We informed the office and they sent someone with a can of bug spray, when we described to himm what happen he told us it's bed bugs and we need to vacate the house. That's. When the nightmare began , the they have showed us two other houses one had roaches and one had a horrible build up of algae in the pool. The worst part is the office has closed no one is responding as of now we are all in one house and we have paid for two. We did give them the bug that was in the bed, we will be speaking with our attorney in the morning.. This is our 4th or 5th visit and probably our last this is how they treat repeat visitors.
