Dean is nothing more than a thief. He took a check from my mother for almost $5,000. When I looked up his license number his license is expired and he has no insurance. When I asked for him to return my mother's money he started screaming and yelling and using profanity. He gave work references that told us his work was horrible and did not pass inspection. I doubt I will get my money back from him that he stoled. He is not to be trusted and should not be in business and should be arrested by the police.
