but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Review content:
The overall problem is that the stylists - or at least some of them - don't listen even when you give explicit instructions. It is an attitude problem: they don't take their customers seriously. Caution: some of the stylists will do everything they can to load on services (or to convince you that you need say a lip wax or a trim when you only came in for color). The stylists who have been there the longest are not necessarily the best- and they often charge excessive rates. If you do decide to go there you should ask for a bill or a breakdown of charges in advance.
