I am a new customer (first time using Chem-Dry) and based on the experience I had, I will definitely use them again & recommend them to my family & friends. My tech was Phil Lambert & he was amazing. He called & let me know that he would arrive in 15 min; I appreciated the heads up so that I could take my dog out before he arrived. He was friendly & immediately made me feel comfortable. He measured the spaces that were to be cleaned & was willing to give me an estimate for my upstairs areas as well so that I could schedule that in the near future. Then he started cleaning & was done in no time. My carpets look fabulous; I'm extremely happy with my choice to go with Colonial Chem-Dry, it was worth every penny.
