Review content:
I ordered online, thinking I was ordering from a direct florist for an out of state friend. The site promised next-day delivery. Long story short...the company left a voice mail message which I didn't receive until after hours, so I couldn't contact them back the same day. Sent a customer message on their website....played phone tag, and one message let me know they could not do the delivery (today) but would deliver "tomorrow" unless they heard from me. I was satisfied with that, thinking I wouldn't need to call back. Well, flowers didn't arrive the next day either, but of course I didn't find out until after hours again.....By the time I got a hold of the company, delivery was 3 days late ~ and at no time was I given a chance to cancel (I thought each time that the flowers had been delivered). IN talking at one point with them on the phone, they offered us a 10% credit...it never showed up on our statement. We have disputed the charge on our card, but since the flowers had been delivered we were re-charged. We continue to battle.
