The tech was very efficient and let me know 20 minutes prior to arrival, as requested. He immediately identified the source of the problem, unlike the prior contractor, who showed up one day earlier and would have to order a new motor. He checked other functions of the HVAC unit and was in and out in 30 minutes. He was familiar with the motor problem, brought the replacement motor with him, the extended warranty on that particular motor, and the replacement guarantee on the motor. All this occurred between a call to Symbiont at 11:58am and approximately 3pm. That's all.
