I was floored at how quickly a service tech was at my house and DONE with the work. I'm not the easiest customer - I'm always asking a thousand questions and going off on a tangent and adding more work... Denise was so friendly and communicative, texting updates - she was just great. And Jeff was onsite, replaced my gas line quickly and went above and beyond by helping me place my stove correctly. (the delivery guys for the merchant where I bought the stove did a lousy job). I can honestly say that I'll be using them again (adding a line out to a grill outside among other things) and will enthusiastically be recommending them to others. Thank you so much!! --Kathi
