Once Chapman sells you the car all customer service abruptly ends. I have been accused of causing everything that goes wrong with my VW by the unprofessional staff at Chapman's service department. Chapman VW is the only car dealership in the Valley of the Sun that will give your brand new car back dirtier than it was when you dropped it off for service. It is an ordeal to get my VW serviced for the most obvious manufacturer?s defects and I would never recommend Chapman to anyone except someone I really disliked. Taking your VW that is still under warranty to Chapman for service is a far worse experience than anyone should have to endure in a lifetime..
