Review content:
I was happy to take my first puppy to Mueller 4 1/2 years ago. Then again, my puppy was healthy so there wasn't much need for in-depth services. I admit the 24/7 availability is a plus for this hospital. And I do like Dr. Rabinowitz as she is WONDERFUL with animals - but this is where my praises end. I've met with a few vets who were either too pompous to "really listen" to me and see my point of view re: vaccinations or had no idea about behavior where dogs are concerned and therefore kept eaching OVER my dogs head to try and calm her down. (Dog Behavior 101 dictates you never reach over a dogs head.) To add, they will do the basic cursory "visual" inspection when diagnosing dogs and seem hesitant to look further into the problem, unless I specifically direct them too. And yes, it is a revolving door of vets so it's hard to have a one on one relationship with them to the extent that I would recommend their services. If your pet isn't in need of emergency services in the middle
