When we first showed up on the lot, we were interested in looking at a Buick Envision and Chevy Equinox. We didn't have an appointment or anything - just showed up. We met Joseph "Sarge" Coghill and he was the most patient salesperson I've ever done business with. We told him off the bat that we weren't intending on buying today and that we just wanted to take a look at a couple of cars. We just came from a competitor's dealership where, when we told the salesperson there the same thing, we were quickly ushered around about a dozen cars before the salesperson started walking back toward the dealership building. We were on the competitor's lot for about 15 minutes. Sarge spent three hours with us on the first day with no pressure to buy. After listening to what we liked while test driving the Envision and the Equinox, he recommended that we test a GMC Acadia as well. It was a great recommendation and gave us a whole new vehicle to consider. After a week of discussing the options, we went back the next weekend to take a second look at the Chevy Equinox and a couple different interior options. Sarge once again showed us around patiently and we decided to pull the trigger on the Equinox. Throughout the entire process, Sarge was helpful, knowledgeable, listened to us, and you could tell his primary goal was finding us a car that we would love long after we drove it off the lot. Ask for Sarge.
