Our gas hot water heater was just serviced by Scott working from the Lewes office. He was perhaps the most professional service technician I've used in 30 years. He diagnosed the problem, he explored and clearly explained various options, and scheduled the installation of a new gas valve for the following day, after its arrival via overnight shipping. In the interim, another possible fix involving an entire new appliance, not just a valve, surfaced. Scott helped us consider the possibility, which we ultimately disregarded. He installed the valve as scheduled and put our condo back into business, just as promised. In the process, he kept us fully informed of his progress.
In our experience, Scott's level of professionalism, flexibility, communication skills , knowledge, and dedication to doing the job right are increasingly rare. He is a credit to his organization and his boss.
