Review content:
Josh installed a part in our ac/heating system on May 30. On June 17, we discovered water spots all over our living room ceiling. Josh returned and found that we had no cut-off to prevent water overflows from running the a/c in very hot humid weather. The line had been blocked due to mud in the outlet. He cleaned the outlet and showed us the problem so we can prevent recurrences. He also advised us on the cheapest way to deal with the spots on the ceiling. He had quickly diagnosed an unusual problem and fixed it. Both times he was very courteous.
