We can sum it all up very simply: EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT! \r
From the moment we started our storage solution quest all the way through the design process then implementation/installation it has been a pleasure! We started by visiting the design showroom in Deerfield Beach where we met Senior Designer Mark Sidell. Mark welcomed us from the moment we were introduced and spent a considerable amount of time with us showing us the entire operation and design options available to us and took the time to see what our needs/wants were involved with the project. He then scheduled our in-home measuring of the spaces we were interested in having organized. Mark has been the ultimate professional throughout the entire design and implementation process. He scheduled another meeting with us once he finalized all the space designs so that we could fine tune and pick finishes and hardware options. Most importantly, Mark truly listened to what we wanted, and his final designs exceeded our expectations. \r

Our installation crew was professional, courteous and worked very neatly. They covered their work areas with drop cloths and ensured all areas were neat and clean when each area was completed. Whenever there were questions, the installers double checked with us to ensure we were happy with any decisions that needed to be made at the time. They were perfectionists and did everything they could to ensure the job was done right and to our expectations.\r

We also had The Closet Factory do our garage floor. The crew for this project arrived on time and got to work immediately. In less than 4 hours they were completely finished, and all we could say is ""WOW!"" They transformed our ordinary garage floor to a showpiece! Many of our neighbors came by the day they finished while the floor was drying and we got nothing but positive feedback. We even had one of the development construction crew say it's the best floor coating he's ever seen applied!\r
