Review content:
We initially had some concerns when the carpet installers left at 1:30 pm with the job only half done. We brought this to the attention of Andy the Manager and he apologized profusely and indicated they would make it right. Later that evening, the owner of the company called and also apologized for the service breakdown. The next day, the owner called me again to insure we were happy with the carpet and installation, which we were. Negative start, but a great recovery by management. We would recommend Carpet Source.
