Review content:
We received four bids for hardwood and tile. Carpet Source was right in the middle in terms of price. The total of all four estimates was only separated by $650 on a $14,000 job. Tim was very honest. He told me that while their materials were often the lowest price, their installation labor was not, but that their installers were better. I asked to see some references and photos of completed work. I must say, that the happy customers and photographs did not do my job any justice. I am extremely happy with the products, the pricing, the professionalism, the installation was near perfect. The proposal I was given was exactly what I was charged. The job took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but the first nstallers were meticulous. I even bought the installers lunch one day because I was so impressed. The mobile showroom is a great idea. No pressure sales experience. Good advice. Good selection. As close to perfection as I could wish for.
