A good friend of ours is a realtor and she recommended we call Dan. We called a few places but non could fit us in their schedules for at least a week.
We called Dan and got an appt w/in days of calling.
He was early, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and went straight to work.
He talked us through everything he was doing and explained to us in detail when he found a major repair.
When everything was done he explained again what was going to happen next.
We got the report a few days later and it was very detailed. He put in recommendations for some repairs. We were dreading this process but Dan really made us feel better by explaining everything to us.
We asked a lot of questions. I would recommend Dan to anybody buying a home. He is very professional, very detailed, very experienced and doesn't try to sell you on anything.
