On May 22, 2017 Adam visited to perform our semiannual HVAC inspection/sevice. We have been a customer of Albemarle Heating and Air for 20 years during which time we have had an annual service contract and have never had a bad experience with any of the techs. They are friendly, appear well-versed in their jobs, and have worked their magic by giving us long-lasting units.
Adam was by all odds the best of the bunch. In addition to the routine service, he took away our basement dehumidifier which, unknown to us, had been recalled. In addition he arranged for the delivery of a new dehumidifier replacement. He was informative, polite, friendly, and is certainly an asset to his employer.
I'd like to have him assigned to our maintenance visits in the future--please!
