I recently visited Strong VW to have my 2010 Beetle checked over before a long road trip. Brian Edwards was my service manager and he did a great job. He first tried the most economical solution to the oil leak they discovered, and when that didn't solve the problem he quickly and efficiently had the leak repaired. He really impressed me when he contacted the extended warranty company for me and got the repair pre-approved so that I won't have to hassle with waiting for approval and reimbursement. I was really pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of Brian and of the Strong VW team. Laura who drives the shuttle also went above and beyond to make my visit easy and to keep my schedule flowing smoothly while my car was being repaired. Excellent job all around!
