I am delighted by thr experience because it was a positive one, so I would like to write the names of all the angels that took part of my care. Ruth has been a Godsend, her hands and caring are truly "el unguento de la Macarena" I enjoyed the spa feeling in the room and the soft music all my experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Rose, the nurse was very thoughtful and informative during the whole process, the anesthesiologist was very polite, Mildred and Merlin are the other gems in the Flagler office, they are true example of team work. The services and care they provice surpasses my expectations, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Ida at the front desk is very polite and made feel at rasy when I was super nervous at the beginning of this journey, I really did no know what to expect but she was very friendly and professional. She keeps that office running smoothly. I watched her interacting with other patients and she was super nice maken them special. Marisa assisted me organizing my surgery, pre-op and recovery time.
Dr Spera has been very professional, his bedside manners are exceptional. With plastic surgery, you get to be physically exposed and he ans his staff never made me feel uncomfortable.
They truly provide high standard of care. I am satisfied with the results of surgery.
