Steve was our service technician, and he came within the first 15 minutes of the two hour window we were given. He was friendly, courteous, and above all, good at his job. Diagnosed the problem right away, then completed a diagnostic to verify. Completed the repairs quickly and left our A/C system running better than it's ever been.
