Although John arrived late, he more than made up for it with his professionalism, knowledge and perseverance. I had a clogged kitchen drain pipe that was REALLY hard to clear.
It turned out there was a minor clog between the sink and outside clean-out, and a major clog about 40 feet downstream. John worked about two hours through the various challenges to find and clear the drain pipe. He ended up using two types of snakes in the process. When it was all over, he was still smiling and said he had a good time! ARS is now my first choice to call when I have plumbing issues in the future.
