Review content:
We had a septic blockage in the main line last fall on a seasonal cabin. The HOA President saw that work had been done and demanded that the septic tank be pumped and inspected prior to cabin use this spring. Express Septic Pumping sent out Corey, who couldn't have done a better job. He remained Professional and Courteous, even when the President of the HOA riddled him with questions. Corey's knowledge of septic systems, and his ability to conduct himself as a true professional allowed him to defuse the situation, explain and put to rest any concerns that were brought up. The HOA president did not act graciously, but Corey remained calm and professional. Thank you Corey, for putting our situation to rest!!! If this is an example of normal employee actions of Express Septic Pumping, I see no reason to even call another company for a quote. Corey was simply exceptional and we will definitely call Express Septic Pumping without hesitation if we need further services. Thanks again, Susan and Mike
