I've had an alignment once before here at it was fine, however, If I could give this experience "0" stars I would because that's how much service I got. However, the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. I took my vehicle for a standard alignment as I had just put on new tires. I also had taken it to my mechanic earlier that week for new brakes and had things specifically checked over before I invested in the new tires. I was told the alignment would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I saw them drive my car in the garage before I left. After 2 1/2 hours and I hadn't heard from them, I finally called. My car had not been aligned and I was given an estimate for $790 worth of work needed, plus other items not in the quote. A couple of these things had been done within the last year or so. I was told they were too busy to call me for 2 1/2 hours. What really iced the cake was that I was given a coupon for a free alignment so I wouldn't have to pay anything that day. What? I never received any service except for an estimate for repairs my vehicle does not need. I was warned that they might try to get me to pay for other repairs not needed. I did find another local business that happily rechecked my vehicle and aligned my new tires and also found the repairs to be unnecessary. I'm sorry I can't give a positive review. If I had not gotten an email asking for a review, I probably would have left it alone. That being said, I hope your business continues to be an honest and fair success.
