Review content:
The team that completed the work in my home did a great job. The lead tech, Aaron, was professional and explained everything that needed to be done and why it was needed. My frustration with MC Plumbing has to do with the way estimates are done. Nothing is ever broken down into specifics like labor, material, etc. until you get the final invoice, and then it's still not detailed enough. I want to know what money is going toward labor vs materials vs disposal fees, etc. Because I didn't receive a detailed estimate, I declined the $30K service we needed and just went with the $7K repair. I still have no clue what MC Plumbing's labor rate is. Very frustrating - especially since I am trying to get some of the work reimbursed by my insurance company.
