I recently had a pair of front strut installed on my 2008 Chevy Malibu from Completestruts the next day I am hearing Clucking noise come from the left strut. I called customer support they requested a mechanics report, so my mechanic took his time and supplied the report now my car is sitting, I requested a replacement strut instructed to be next day air, which I had to pay for 86.00, and my mechanic will charge me to replace the strut. They did not ask for the bad strut to be returned for further investigation on why it failed.
Lesson learned do not buy parts from CompleteStruts
