Natasha was very nice and funny. She made me laugh at a time I thought I couldn't even smile. My father passed away from dementia and she shared a personal experience with me about her Grandma who to has dementia. I forgot for a second I was making arrangements for my father.. She treated me with kindness and as her own family. She was amazing from the moment I called Ballard to the moment I took my father home. She greeted me with a smile and as I left she open the door for me and told me "I hope to never see you again" but if I ever needed her to know she would be there for me. Thank you Natasha & Ballard Mortuary
