Review content:
Yesterday we had Atlas come out for a tune-up on our (Working!) furnace & A/C. The guy was nice and friendly and was done fairly quickly. I then went off to work, but my wife got home last night to find out that our heat was no longer working!! Atlas broke our furnace when it had been working perfectly fine!! We each called the Atlas emergency phone number and left voice messages for them. btw... last night was in the 30's and one of the coldest nights of the year!!!\r
\r
We checked the fuses and made sure the thermostat and switch next to the furnace were on, but no luck.\r
\r
I took off the front panel to the furnace and found a loose wire that I was able to connect back and the furnace was able to work again.\r
\r
Soon after, we received a call from the person on-call at Atlas and he told me that this isn't the first time that this has happened. He also said that the manager would call me the next morning to talk with me about the incident. We didn't get a call from anyone at Atlas.\r
\r
Needless to say, we were very disappointed in Atlas and strongly discourage anyone since we essentially paid them to break our furnace.
