When the specialist came to my home they did a great cleaning my carpet but I noticed there were chip on the support stand that hold up my sofa and ships on my chair that somehow they did not pay close to taking care of my furniture. My sofa and chair did not have chips on them because I am the only person that lives in my home. I also was disappointed because my end table was removed to one of the bedrooms and was not place back in the living room. The end table was very heavy and I had a difficult time due to my surgery.
