Review content:
The first thing that Juan did was call with a time that he would be showing up and did so. He was prompt, an introduced himself. Juan was polite, well groomed and showed a positive side of his employer. Juan was well informed and professional in all aspects of his product. No matter what questions we asked he answered with the knowledge necessary. He upgraded our equipment and worked energetically to ensure that all systems were operational before leaving. I would recommend Juan to anyone who needed an intelligent technician promoting J&J Security. If we ever upgrade out system I would like for Juan to return for our work order. Thank You!
