Staff were professional and knowledgeable. I would have liked to know that my first visit was for an exam and financial consultation but that I was NOT going to get my teeth cleaned. Process was misleading regarding the requested feed back on the Oral B tooth brush. I did not realize that you would then try to charge me for the tooth brush just because I said I liked it. I don't like having to apply to a second party to make payments. I do not like having to apply for the entire "possible" amount of work now as I may refuse the work, go to another dentist or may find out that some things don't need to be done. Because I have insurance, I would like to be able to get my teeth cleaned with no additional charge.
