I had called and left a message, and within 10 minutes Gary returned my call. I had questions regarding tile and plaster and indicated I was not looking for his service, rather just for advice to prevent future problems if I was to install a pool. Gary spent time answering my questions. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Gary treated me respectfully and listened to me questions. He advised and gave suggestions. It is very refreshing to speak to a person and ask for guidance without feeling like I was wasting his time. Gary spoke with respect! I would highly recommend him and his company and would not hesitate to call him again in the future! Thanks Gary for your time!
