Luis was awesome!! He kept in touch with me before he arrived. He told me the problem and the cost.
If he does the job today it's overtime and we chose to do it today and he never made a face or got upset. He said ok no problem let's do it. He explained everything to me in detail and it went very smoothly. He is a total asset to this company. He never complained not once. I asked a lot of questions and he never got upset. He just kept working with a smile on his face.
