At 6:40 a.m. I discovered my door was broken, and I needed to get to work that day. Of the 3 companies that claimed emergency services, Door Mart was the only one who answered the phone. The man who answered my call said he would have someone out in approximately 45 minutes and quoted me an estimate. Sure enough I had James working to repair the broken spring and cables within 45 minutes. It took him about 1/2 hour to complete the job and my door was working great. He was quick, professional, courteous, cleaned up his work area and gave me some hints to maintain the door's operation. The quoted price was pretty much right on. I was very satisfied and have already mentioned Door Mart to several people. I was on my way to work by 8:30 a.m.!!
