I was shocked with the poor customer service I received the 2nd time I used Nationwide Window & Siding. The first experience was great, so when I decided to use them again, it was definitely unsettling how everything was handled. No one would call me back and I was even hung up on when I kept calling back. I tried to deal with the owner as well, and still, had no resolution to my problem. They did not do what they said they would do and the whole thing was a very unfortunate experience. I do not recommend the company.
