Ed the service technician was very courteous and professional. He has made repairs in my home previously and does great work. I like how he put booties on over his boots before entering my home. What I did not understand is why he did not have the proper appliance dolly on his truck that was ultimately needed to remove my combo wall oven/microwave. He now has to come back and bring that and as a result he wasn't able to fully troubleshoot or resolve the problem on the first trip which seems very inefficient to me and that policy/approach should be revisited by your company.
