The company on a whole compared to the several other companies I have had out to my house were professional seem to be clean a level of sophistication. No fear that the tech was scoping out my house to rob me later which I worry about having getting estimates from several. I might of paid at least 200 more than I wanted to on tanked water heater but I did get an expansion tank. And the work the technician Jared did was phenomenal. The original builders just thru the piping together so that when I got my basement finished I would of had padding and pipe in the way it made no sense why it was done the way it was done. Other techs had mentioned they didnt understand why builders didnt make it neater. Jared said it best they did what was easy. I appreciate Jared taking the time and quality in his work. I am excited to work with this company in the future no matter the cost(kinda). I am for Quality and Pride in ones work and this tech showed me that. The only complaint I may have is I was told things would be a quick process because two techs would show up in my home plus my salesman who took my order to make sure everything ran smoothly. There seemed to be communication problem and the second tech who was in training arrived later and had no knowledge of what I was promised. The work done out weighed the quality outweighed my only complaint. And next time if I go with them I understand we all got to learn but no one in training please my time is valuable I had stuff going on or least the help/trainee needs to show up on time
