Review content:
Hired Jimmy to paint the interior of my house while it was still empty. The paint job was good but his memory as to what work was to be performed was terrible!!! I had to remind 2 times to paint the wood frame of my kitchen counter and I asked for a price to paint the bathroom cabinets and he said $400 extra, I declined. When he finished and I paid him he said I owed him $200 extra for painting the cabinets and when I told him that I reminded him to not paint the cabinets, he said I told him I would give him $200 which I did not tell him. He provided no written contract so I paid him but will never use him again and do not recommend him. After 30 years in business, why do you not provide a written agreement for the work you are hired to do? That's just good business principles! For the reasons listed I do not recommend this company. Go with a contractor that can provide written proof of the work he is paid to perform and that work only....
