*****This is a top-notch family-owned business with impeccable customer service and professionalism.
Our furnace had finally reached its life expectancy and totally quit running.
We decided to call Morrison Plumbing, Heating & Cooling who had recently joined the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce. Best decision ever!
Brandon, our service technician put us at ease immediately - he was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was in constant communication with us and treated like we were family - we knew we were in good hands. He explained all our options and went above and beyond to accommodate us. By taking care of our situation in a such a timely manner, allowed our stressful situation to run much smoother than we ever could have anticipated.
The entire staff at Morrison Plumbing, Heating & Cooling are first class and their crew is the best in the business. They truly care about making certain their customers are happy. The quality of their work, integrity, professionalism and customer service are unmatched. The entire experience wowed us!
One thing is certain, it doesn’t get much better than these guys!
