Richard was very friendly! This was the first time he had inspected our home, as we'd never met him before. He even came in the house, which was also a first. We were a bit uncomfortable with that, since Santa Maria has quite a few burglaries, we don't ordinarily have people we don't know in our home. But, otherwise, it went well. Also, he put the inspection sticker on our hot water tank, also, another first, as your inspectors don't usually put a sticker on our home anywhere! Sure glad he came when he did, since our weather has turned hot. I'll bet he is, too! See you next year! Merry Christmas!!! Happy New Year!!! :-)
