Shane as responded to most of our service issues over the years, and is always friendly & professional. Always within the service promised window or calls to advise if (seldom) running late. He is very knowledgeable of the system and troubleshoots the problem(s) to try and find the answers. Sometimes the problem is intermitting, and those are hard as the dickens to track down, but doesn't prevent him from getting to the issue. Always good to see him as our tech.
