I've probably been using Auto Tech and Body for the past 4-5 years. It's like a family environment, Chadia always remembers you when you come in, so you feel like you're important and your business is important. And the service is great, they're happy to explain whatever repairs they need to do. Once they had me come out into the garage because they wanted to show me what was wrong with my tire; they're really big on you understanding why you need work done instead of just telling you. As well as the customer service, their pricing is really reasonable too. And I've never had a problem getting scheduled, I usually just drop in. I'll call and ask if they can take me and they've never had a problem.
