I could not ask to be served any better. You all are so quick to respond and then to get right to correcting and alleviating my plumbing problems. Previously it was the commode replacement and this time the hot water heater broke. Both times you solved my problem. I am an old woman in an old home so my "normal" is something is broken or not working! I wish all the service areas I must deal with treated me with as much respect and caring concern as you. Patience is a special part of your operation and has the perfect name for her job. She is calming and reassuring as she takes the information that all you guys need to serve us so well.
